Institute for Politics and Society in cooperation with Microsoft invites you to a Business Breakfast with Minister of Education, Youth and Sport of Czech Republic and member of the European Parliament Martina Dlabajová. It will take place on 15th April 2019.

Our society stands on the threshold of the so-called Fourth Industrial Revolution. Machine learning, robotics, artificial intelligence and other technologies will have an increasing impact not only on the economy itself but also on the labour market. The Czech Republic is one of the most industrialized countries in the European Union and according to OECD, their labour market is among the most threatened by the introduction of industry 4.0. For our country, it will be crucial to adapt to new challenges. The degree of coherence of the education system as an adaptation tool will determine how we will succeed in a changing world.

Is the Czech Education System Ready for the Development of Industry 4.0? What are our strengths and weaknesses? What are the greatest threats and what examples of good practice can we implement in the Czech Republic? Is our society ready for the relevant changes?
