My main tasks were to work on topics related to the research areas of the think tank, to prepare future policy papers or debates. I learned how to write a policy paper with the help of analysts who accompanied and advised me on the methodology. My first policy paper has been published on the IPS website and shared with a number of recipients (Czech politicians, journalists, academia, foreign diplomats, embassies, and researchers). I also had the chance to participate in both online and physical events providing me with a better understanding of the role of a think tank. All the tasks contributed to deepening many skills, which can be reinvested both academically and professionally.

Finally, it was a very stimulating experience because working in multiple fields both gave me knowledge and opened my mind. I was immersed in constant thinking from morning tonight. I was able to put into practice theoretical knowledge acquired during my training and to confront myself with the difficulties of the working world, especially in the Covid-19 period.
