Frederika completed her Bachelor's degree in Political Science and European Studies at Palacký University in Olomouc. She then pursued a Master's degree in Political Science with a focus on African and Latin American Studies at the University of Hradec Králové. During her studies, she undertook an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic in the Department of Human Rights and Transformation Policy.

She has experience in various positions, including working as a logistics specialist at Teknia Automotive, where she was responsible for customer communication and organizing the transportation of goods. Additionally, she has experience working in the Czech Senate, where she served as an assistant to the General Director and a senator. She also has practical experience in the tourism industry, particularly in European countries such as Malta, Spain, and Cyprus. At the Institute for Politics and Society, she works as an office manager, where she ensures the smooth operation of the office, supports the accounting department, and assists with event organization.
