The current system of corporate income tax has been in place for over a century favouring the payment of the taxes in places where products and services are produced. As the whole economy digitizes, there is pressure on paying more taxes in countries where services and products are consumed.
From the perspective of the Czech Republic, what are the best possible solutions for international tax regime’s reforms which will change the allocation of taxes to reflect the digitization of the economy in the 21st century? And what are the challenges related to national solutions, and the competitiveness of the entire economy?
