"The Institute for Politics and Society, in cooperation with GLOBSEC, invites you to a discussion titled 'How Can a Strategic Europe lead of Global Competition?'"

As global rivalries deepen and the international order becomes increasingly contested, Europe must urgently redefine its strategic role. Can it remain united while asserting its interests on the global stage? Will internal divisions hinder the development of a coherent foreign policy,  or can the diversity of perspectives within the EU become a source of strength?

This session will explore Europe´s ability to shape the global agenda through its economic and security partnerships, its role in the Indo-Pacific, and its capacity to act autonomously in a multipolar world. Can Europe move beyond reactive policymaking to become a proactive and credible global actor — one that balances strategic autonomy with enduring transatlantic and global alliances?
