The Institute for Politics and Society and the Israel Public Diplomacy Forum are organizing a debate called "Trump, NATO and the Middle East".
The debate will examine the emerging similarities and differences in the strategic approaches between the new Trump administration, the EU and NATO towards critical processes and events in the Middle East. Special attention will be given to a potential US-Russia deal that will include the crises in the Ukraine and the Middle East. The focus will be also on the civil war in Syria, the war against ISIS and the role of Iran.

The debate is moderated by Petr Kolář, a former ambassador to Russia, US.
The debate is scheduled for March 29 from 5pm until 7pm and will take place at the Schebek Palace (Politických vězňů 936/7, Prague 1). The debate will be held in English.
